Online Merit form for Academic Year-2021-2022

Students should adhere to the following instructions to fill the merit form for F.Y.BA
Admission for the academic year-2021-2022:
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. All the students who have passed 12th Standard examination in August 2021
should fill the online merit form
2. Student should fill only one form as per desired medium of instruction
(English or Marathi).
3. Entire admission process will be Online only
4. The Merit form link will be available ONLINE from Thursday, 5th Aug. 2021 to
Saturday 14th Aug, 2021 under the Admissions 2021-2022 link on the college
website http://www.spcollegepune.ac.in/admissions.
5. Select the Register option under Student Login.
6. Students will receive username and password on his/her mobile and Email
account. Applicants should use their own Gmail account only for registering
themselves. They have to remember the Phone number and Gmail Id used for
filling the merit form for future reference.
7. Select “Merit” and fill the merit form online. Fill up all the information
accurately. Under “Last Qualified Examination”, select the appropriate option
(12th Arts, 12th Science, 12th Commerce, etc.)
8. Upload a copy of online result. No need to have original copy of results for filling
online merit form. It should be in JPG/PNG/JEG format and file size should not be
more than 500KB.
9. Complete the form carefully and pay processing fees of Rs.100/- on the payment
gateway before submitting the merit form online.
10. Admissions will be given strictly on the basis of merit as per the guidelines laid
down by the Government.
11. Merit list will be displayed on website on 18th Aug, 2021 only after 5.00pm.
12. Students in the merit list only will be eligible for admission.
13. Student should complete the process of filling merit form within the stipulated
period by online mode only. Offline mode is not available for the same.
14. Student should NOT fill multiple forms. In case multiple forms are filled or wrong
information is provided or forms are incomplete then such forms will be rejected.
15. Students should preferably use desktop and laptop to fill the admission form and
for making payment of processing fees.
16. All the notices regarding F.Y. Admission will be displayed on college website.
The student should browse the website regularly. The college administration
will not be held responsible if any student fails to see the notice and does not
take admission in stipulated period given to them. Student who fails to
complete the admission procedure within stipulated time will not have any
claim on the said admission.
17. The detailed schedule of admission as per merit will be declared on 18th Aug.
2021 along with the merit list.
18. Student should refer to updated instructions regarding online admission procedure
from time to time. They may be subject to change without giving any prior notice.
