Admission Procedure

• There will be no exam of cet Delhi this year
• After filling the form, you will have to fill your choice on the website of cet Delhi.
• After that you will get a counseling date.
• On the date of counseling, you will have to attend online counseling on the official website of cet Delhi.
• When you get the seat allot, then you will get a provisional certificate for easy college admission certificate.
• You have to go to college by downloading that provisional certificate And will have to submit fees and documents there
• You will get back the original documents that you have to submit after verification and after attaching the photocopy documents.

Eligibility

1. Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with
   Mathematics OR Biology, i.e., PCM/PCB as compulsory subjects.For Diploma In Pharmacy

2. Copy of CANDIDATE PROFILE of Registered Candidate (from the website https://delhidiploma.admissions.nic.in)
3. PhotoCopy of choices submitted by Student (from the website https://delhidiploma.admissions.nic.in )
4. PhotoCopy of Provisional Allotment letter/Certificate (from the website https://delhidiploma.admissions.nic.in)
5. Proof of Date of Birth (Secondary School Certificate) (Original and One self-attested Photocopy).
6. Certificate and Mark Sheet of the qualifying examination issued by the Board (Original and One self-attested photocopy). In case the original certificate is not awarded at the level of the School, Provisional Certificate /Downloaded copy of marks sheet duly authenticated by concerned
   School Principal may be considered.
7. SC / ST / Person with Disabilities/Divyang (PWD)* (Annexure-IV) /OBC#
   certificate issued by the competent authority/Defense Category (Annexure – VI) / Kashmiri Migrants (Annexure – VIII) / TFW (Annexure IX) / Minority Status Certificate(s) / EWS (Annexure XI) (Original and One self-attested photocopy).
8. Conduct and Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution from where the qualified exam has been passed/or from a Gazetted Officer (Original and One self-attested Photocopy).
9. Certificate of Medical Fitness to be signed by a Registered Medical Practitioner in format as show in Annexure – III .
10. Undertaking regarding prohibition of ragging (Annexure VII) School leaving Certificate/Migration Certificate (Original and two self-attested copies).
11. Declaration/Undertaking for non-migration (inter-polytechnic/institute) after admission. (Annexure-V)
12. Undertaking by the student for maintaining Discipline in the Institute during the course of study. (Annexure-XI)
